A very successful manufacturing CFO with over 30 years of consumer packaged goods, fresh & health food, and steel distribution industry experience in companies ranging from $100 million to $1.1 billion in sales. Prior companies includeManitoba Harvest Inc, (most recently), HMR Foods, LLC, Marietta Corporation, Outsourcing Services Group and the Earle M. Jorgensen Company, all of which were privately-held PE sponsored companies.
In his leadership roles, Perry has led turnarounds driving growth in earnings overall and in broader improvements in areas from IT to sourcing and operations. During his career, Perry has been responsible for a wide range of functional areas beyond the traditional finance role including legal, M&A, investor relations, IT, corporate secretary functions, risk management, supply chain sourcing, real estate, operations and distribution.
Over 30 years of experience in executive management and designing & implementing world class turnkey injection molding solutions. Rick joined the newly formed Westfall Technik after serving Flex for the last 4 years, forming their precision plastics initiative including selection and integration of their strategic acquisitions.
Prior to serving Flex, Rick spent 8 years as President of the US division of the Swiss company, Netstal. Prior to Netstal, Rick spent 20 years as the V.P. & General Manager for the US division of the German company Demag. Rick was initiated into the plastics industry at Beloit, serving in a variety of technical positions, finishing as manager of engineering.
Our VP and General Counsel. Jim graduated from law school, clerked for a federal judge, spent 10 years as an M&A attorney before moving in-house to lead M&A and also managed a large business unit of a personal care products manufacturing company. Jim then spent the next 10 years managing the legal departments at two large public companies. During his tenure, at the latter of which, Jim acquired several leading injection molding technology companies to help create what has been referred to as an "engineering powerhouse" in the injection molding industry.
A seasoned executive with a track record of accomplishment and functional experience in manufacturing, marketing and business development with companies such as Shell Chemical, Union Carbide, Amoco Chemical, Nypro Inc. and Jabil. This in turn has given him extensive knowledge of the petrochemical value chain. Ed has also served on the Board of Directors for domestic and international companies and has widespread business development experience in Western Europe, Russia, Latin America, and Asia.
